Zoraty S. Williams, of the 7000 block of Gregory Drive, died Aug. 5, 1996.
Born in Messick, N.C., she was a retired cook for the Norfolk Public Schools. She was the widow of Irvin Williams and a member of United House of Prayer For All People.
She is survived by a daughter, Esther Callier Knight of Norfolk; a son, James E. Williams of Portsmouth; a sister, Sarah Green of Oriental, N.C.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday by Apostole W. Scott in United House of Prayer For All People. Friends may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
