Raymond Edward Drumwright, 80, of the 3600 block of Royal Palm Arch, died Aug. 5, 1996, in Columbia, S.C.
A native of Norfolk, he was the retired owner of Hallmark Pools and Ray Drumwright Realty. He was a former deacon of Ocean View Presbyterian Church and past president of East Ocean View Civitan Club. He was the Justice of the Peace for Princess Anne County and a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Edwards Drumwright; a daughter, Linda Edwards Drumwright of Lexington, S.C.; a sister, Helen Drumwright Poe of McLean, Va.; a brother, Arthur Lewis Drumwright of Sarasota, Fla.; three grandchildren, Sandy S. Tanner of W. Columbia, S.C., Dianne E. Sinclair, William D. Sinclair, both of Lexington; and a great-granddaughter, Chelsea D. Sinclair of Irmo, S.C.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
