Beall E. Davis died Aug. 9, 1996, peacefully in her home.
She was the widow of Col. W.A. Davis, U.S. Army, West Point Class of '31. She was a descendant of Ninian Beall.
She is survived by her son, William A. Davis III of E. Wakefield, N.H.; and two daughters, Grace E. Davis and Anne D. Hunt, of Virginia Beach; and seven grandchildren. She will be missed greatly.
The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at a later time in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
