Gregory B. Garland, 47, of the 100 block of W. Leicester Ave., died Aug. 8, 1996, in Hampton.
Mr. Garland, a native of Yukon, Fla., was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post (NU)3160 and Ocean View Democratic Social Club.
Survivors include a son, Christopher Garland of Norfolk; his father, Oscar Garland; two sisters, Jade Garland Hodges and Morgan Garland Fredette; two brothers, Forrest Garland and Russell Garland. He was predeceased by his mother, Anna Garland.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Hampton National Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge.
