Edward Woodley Olah, 56, of the 1100 block of Wadena St., died Saturday, Aug. 10, 1996, at his residence.
Mr. Olah was born in the Hickory Section of Chesapeake and was the son of the late Mike and Myrtle Cahoon Olah. He had been employed with Ford Motor Company for more than 31 years, and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include, Nancy L. Tiller of Chesapeake; two sons, Dwayne E. Olah and Sean D. Olah, both of Virginia Beach; his four sisters, Barbara O. Caraway, Janice Harris, Jackie Newman, and Lois Cook; his two brothers, Michael Olah III, and Ernie D. Olah, all of Chesapeake; and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 13, 1996, in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, by Dr. Roscoe Musselwhite. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
