I recently read that Virginia wants to add a gas tax.
When is this tax garbage going to stop? Every time money is needed for some project, it seems it's easier for government to raise taxes than to find money elsewhere. Government has got to stop dipping its hands in the people's pockets and learn to live within a budget.
I and others like me have to live on a budget, because we have no choice if we want a little luxury once in awhile.
The voting public has to start getting smart. When election time comes around, we have to vote to get the incumbents out and send a message to the politicians that enough is enough.
``No more taxes. Find the money somewhere else.''
