Lillie Mae Blowe, 75, of the 2600 block of Hickory St., died Aug. 9, 1996.
Mrs. Blowe was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include her husband, Jessie L. Blowe; two daughters, Betty J. Osby of Portsmouth and Shirley A. Jones of Virginia Beach; a son, Vernon L. Blowe of Petersburg, Va.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
