Leronia Parham Anderson, 96, of the 1100 block of Horne Ave., died Saturday, Aug. 10, 1996, peacefully in Maryview Medical Center.
A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Emmitt and Ellen Porter-Parham and she was the widow of Percy Anderson.
Survivors include three daughters, Ellen Brown of Philadelphia, Pa., Ethel R. Puryear, Leronia Coley, both of Portsmouth; a brother, Earl Parham; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild and a great-great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will be held at noon Thursday in Riddick Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
