Sylvia Wyman Bryant, 73, of the 700 block of Oak Grove Road, died Aug. 14, 1996.
Mrs. Bryant, the widow of Edward Oscar Bryant, retired from TASCO as a telephone operator. She was a native of New York, N.Y., and a Lutheran. She was a member of Toastmistress Club of America.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynda Wooten of Bethpage, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Valerie Hoehn of New York, and Pvt. Scott Hoehn of Fort Knox, Ky.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Amos Eby in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
