Glenn M. Williams, 40, died Aug. 20, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Williams, a native of Miami, Fla., was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Susan A. Williams of Norfolk; a daughter, Ashley M. Williams of Norfolk; his mother, Janet Hummell of Florida; his father, John Williams of Florida; his foster father, Melvin Padgett of Norfolk; a sister, Susie E. Jurewicz of Illinois; brother, John E. Williams Jr. of North Carolina; paternal grandmother, Susie Williams of Florida; maternal grandparents, J. Merrill and Eloise Tucker of Florida.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
