DURESS CODE, YES

How many people must be killed/robbed at our local ATM machines before someone does something?

Almost all home security systems have a duress code of 9-1-1 that can be entered after the first two digits of the normal code. Why can't this option be available at all of our ATM machines? It could trigger a silent alarm and delay the process of giving you money, allowing time for the police to arrive to apprehend the criminal.
