Laurence D. Vogel, 50, died Aug. 25, 1996, in his residence.
He was born in Philadelphia.
Survivors include his mother, Christine Vogel and father, Raymond Vogel, both of Norfolk; a brother, John Vogel of Virginia Beach and his wife Patricia Vogel; an uncle, William McCoy of Allentown, Pa.; two nieces, Angela and Summer Vogel, both of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. The body will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Sentara Hospice Service. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
