I am grateful to those four courageous doctors for standing up to that megamonopoly HMO and for protecting their 1,500 cancer patients by refusing to go along with the unethical practices HMOs are forcing on this nation's people.
We need our medical industry to remember the Hippocratic oath in this era of medicine vs. money. Hopefully more physicians will speak up and tell the public how to help prevent business from running our health.
