Eunice Theresa Wood, 50, of the 7500 block of Rosefield Drive, died Aug. 24, 1996, in her residence.
She was a dietician with Norfolk Public Schools. She was born in Norfolk and was a member of the Brotherly Love Church of God in Christ, Norfolk.
Survivors include three daughters, Lisa Coston, Patty Wood, Ebony Stevens, all of Norfolk; her mother, Harriett Wood of Norfolk; 10 sisters, Velma Barnes, Patty Walker, Rose Wiggins, Edith Askew, Carolyn Ridley, Connie Allen-Baker, Lila Evans, all of Norfolk, Wanda Bellamy of Brooklyn, N.Y., Annette Spivey of Chesapeake, Claudia Romero of Norfolk; two brothers, Leroy Wood, Clifford Wood, both of Norfolk; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Welton Wood.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by Elder Wilbert Miller in New Hope Church of God in Christ, 3232 Brest Ave., Norfolk. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 7539 Rosefield Drive, Norfolk, at 10 a.m. Wednesday for the funeral procession to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service is in charge.
