William Edward Pelletier, 98, of the 3400 block of S. Crestline Drive, died Sept. 6, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Born in North Carolina, Mr. Pelletier was a retired roofer with Liverman Construction and former owner of Dalton Roofing. He was a member of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church and the Wesleymen Bible Class. Also he was a 60-year member of Woodman of the World.
Survivors include his wife, Louise H. Pelletier; a sister, Mildred Rawls of Raleigh, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Morris A. Bennett. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Miles Memorial United Methodist Church.
