Geraldine Reichel Allison, 56, of the 5500 block of Buckhorne Crescent died Saturday Sept. 7, 1996, in a Newport News Hospital.
She was a native of Newport News and had retired from General Electric as a line instructor.
She is survived by her husband, Jack R. Allison; three sons, Jack R. Allison II, Earl Douglas Allison, both of Suffolk, Allen Reichel of De Soto, Mo.; a sister, Irene Civis of Whitehall, Mich.; a brother, George Reichel Jr. of San Antonio, Texas; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Allen Dooley in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
