Donald L. Dixon, 45, of the 9200 block of First View St., died Sept. 11, 1996, at his residence.
A native of Norfolk, he was a landscaping contractor. Also Mr. Dixon was a member of Norfolk Masonic Lodge (NU)1, Scottish Rite Bodies and Khedive Temple of Shrine.
Survivors include his mother, Harriett W. Dixon and father, Irving J. Dixon; a sister, Dolores Hobbs and her husband, Bruce, of Norfolk; a niece, Jeannie Hobbs and a nephew, Keith Hobbs, both of Norfolk.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Terry Beck. Burial will be a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to a favorite charity.
