Mary Jessie Bazemore Parker, 91, formerly of Windsor, N.C., died Sept. 11, 1996.
Mrs. Parker was born in Bertie County and was the widow of the late Judge Joseph Wiley Parker of Windsor.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Margaret Corprew and her husband, Louis, of Texas; a brother, Robert W. Bazemore of Lewiston-Woodville, N.C.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Roxobel-Kelford Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Rescue Squad or the Historic Hope Foundation. Garrett Funeral Home, Rich Square, is handling arrangements. The family will assemble at the cemetery prior to services.
