Bert Campbell, of the 200 block Virginia Beach Blvd., died Sept. 20, 1996, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Born in Newbern, N.C., he was an automobile mechanic for Continental Imports. Mr. Campbell was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Cecelia Campbell; four daughters, Virginia Grisham of Suffolk, Dorothy Coleman, Queen Elizabeth Campbell, both of Norfolk, Lolitta Thomas of Richmond; a son, Jerry Campbell of Jacksonville, N.C.; a sister, Maeola Wallace of Newbern, N.C.; and a brother, Harvey Lee Campbell of Newbern.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Riverside Cemetery by the Rev. James B. Williams. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
