DOLORES A. CLEMENT

Mrs. Dolores A. Clement, 67, of 121 Benbury Drive, died Monday Sept. 30, 1996, in the Duke Medical Center.

A native of New York, N.Y., Mrs. Clement was a daughter of the late William Francis and Anna Duray Schoeffler and the wife of Edward Anthony Clement. Mrs. Clement was a member of the St. Ann Catholic Church, the Edenton Woman's Club where she had served as their president for two terms. She was also a member of the Friends of Chowan Hospital and Friends of Shepard-Pruden Library.

Surviving other than her husband is her daughter, Barbara Anne Shea of Salisbury, Md.; two sons, Christopher Clement of Hawthorne Woods, Ill.; Matthew Clement of Farmingdale, N.J. There are two sisters, Eunice Basile of Whitestone, N.Y., Anna Schoeffler of New York, N.Y.; a brother, Joseph Schoeffler of New Jersey; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Ann Catholic Church. Memorials may be made to the Chowan Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 629, Edenton, N.C., 27932 or to the American Cancer Society. The family will be receiving friends at the Evans Funeral Home, Edenton, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
