The death of a man whose body was discovered Sunday morning behind the Thomas Nelson Hotel has been ruled accidental, police said.
Thomas S. Battle, 48, was found about 8 a.m. at the rear of the hotel, in the 200 block of Granby Street. His last known address was in the 900 block of Liberty Street.
His body was taken to the medical examiner's where his death was declared an accident. Police would not release the cause of death. by CNB
