Claiborne Allen Havens, 61, of the 200 block of Irvin Drive, died Oct. 12, 1996. A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, Smithfield. A service will also be held at New Hope Church, Danieltown, Va., at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will follow in New Hope Church Cemetery.
