WEEKLY BRIEFING

SQUARE RIGGER RETURNS FROM CRUISE: The Coast Guard three-masted training ship Barque Eagle has returned to its homeport of New London, Conn., from a four-month summer cruise to England, the Azores and Bermuda. The graduates worked on mastering practical skills and shipboard qualifications, and they experienced life on board the service's oldest and only square rigger.
