DONALD M. WARDEN

Mr. Donald Matthew Warden, 59, of 158 Chantilly Road, died Sunday Oct. 13, 1996, in Albemarle Hospital.

He was a native of Pasquotank County, N.C., and was an aircraft electrician work leader at the U.S. Coast Guard base. He was a member of the Widow's Son Masonic Lodge (NU)75 in Camden; the Scottish Rites; the Elizabeth City Shrine Club; The Elizabeth City Lodge (NU)856 B.P.O.E.; and the Loyal Order of the Moose (NU)1847 of Elizabeth City. He was the son of the late Matthew and Mary Owney Warden and the husband of Lillian Rupert Warden, of the home.

Besides his wife, Mr. Warden is survived by a brother, Gordon Warden of Weeksville.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. F. Joe Griffith officiating. Masonic rites will be conducted at the grave. Twiford's Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
