William E. Hubbard, 68, died Oct. 17, 1996.
He was the son of Lucy Virginia Hubbard and Luther Thomas Hubbard and the brother of the late Betty J. Sethman, Marjorie Elizabeth Alphin and Luther Thomas Hubbard Jr. He is survived by one brother, Lee Hubbard; his wife, Shirley Malbon Hubbard; a daughter, Robin Oliver; and granddaughters, Susan Minton, April Stephens and Jennifer Stephens.
A memorial service will be held at the Fort Story Main Post Chapel on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
