Clara Lee Reid Sheppard, 74, of 1 Aztec Drive died Oct. 9, 1996, in her home.
A native of Portsmouth, she was the widow of Lloyd Sheppard and a past member of Noble Street Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include two brothers, Richard A. Reid, San Francisco, Calif., Elder Walter L. Reid of Tampa, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
