Charles Wade ``Chuck'' Walters, 40, formerly of Virginia Beach, died Oct. 17, 1996.
He was a psychiatric technician at Maryview Hospital, Virginia Beach.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Anne and Versal Stevens of Stewartsville; a sister and two brothers.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Flora Funeral Home, Rocky Mount. Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
