Mrs. Ethleen Bohannon King, 83, widow of James Robert King Sr., died Thursday, Oct. 17, 1996.
She was a member and Sunday school teacher of the Victoria United Methodist Church and a life member of Society of United Methodist Women. She was also a member of various bridge clubs.
She is survived by a daughter, A. Joy King of Chesapeake; two sons, James Robert King Jr. of Crewe, and Michael Randolph King of Tampa, Fla.; two grandchildren, Sabrina King of San Antonio, Texas, and Holly King Morris of Jetersville; and two brothers, Clinton Bohannon of Panama Canal Zone and Joseph Mike Bohannon of Meherrin.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Staples Funeral Home, Victoria. Memorial contributions may be made to the Victoria United Methodist Church.
