Survivors include her parents, Russell W. and Michelle Charboneau Shelburne of Norfolk; a brother, Gage R. Watson of Norfolk; maternal grandparents, Ralph E. Charboneau of Tampa, Fla., and Suzanne S. Charboneau of Norfolk; and paternal grandmother, Dixie M. Harmon of Dublin, Va.
