Rolando Pahati Hernandez, 57, of 73 Cushing St., died Oct. 26, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Born in Manila, Philippines, he served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include his wife, Doris R. (Becky) Hernandez; a daughter, Amy Lynn Hernandez of Portsmouth; and two grandchildren, Sadie and Montae Hernandez.
A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Angels Catholic Church, Portsmouth. The Rev. James E. Gordon is officiating. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
