Alfred Larkin Dioquino, 78, of Springmeadow Blvd., died Oct. 26, 1996, in a local hospital.
Born in Portsmouth, he was a retired civil service supervisor. Mr. Dioquino was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Ocean View Men's Senior Golf Association. Also, he was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Dioquino; two sisters, Bessie Dioquino Rano of Norfolk and Pearl Dioquino Benjamin of Virginia Beach; two brothers, John S. Dioquino of Virginia Beach and William E. Burford of Norfolk; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. David Sedaca in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
