Dorothy Story Owens, 79, of the 22400 block of Linden St., died Oct. 29, 1996.
Mrs. Owens was born in Norfolk and was the daughter of the late Elliott and Louise Kurtz Story. She was a member of Larchmont United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, David Bonner Owens Jr.; a daughter, Suzanne O. Lovett of Franklin; and a brother, Elliott L. Story Jr. of Mesa, Ariz.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. Edward C. Johnson.
