Barbara A. ``Ann'' Watford, 55, of the 2000 block of Chestnut St., died Oct. 27, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
She was born in Colerain, N.C.
Survivors include two daughters, Bertha Watford and Levera Watford, both of Portsmouth; a son, Oris Watford of Portsmouth; his mother, Beulah Watford of Portsmouth; a brother, Gurney L. Holley of Hawaii; two nephews, Gurney L. Holley Jr., Robert L. Holley, both of Portsmouth; five grandchildren; an uncles, James A. Watford of Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Ethelyn G. Holley of Portsmouth;; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Oris Watford.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday by Bishop Vernon Parham. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Portsmouth. Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, Portsmouth, is handling arrangements.
