Douglas Baldwin Ragsdale, 48, formerly of the 1300 block of Commerce Ave., died Nov. 1, 1996, in his home.
The owner and operator of Global Marche Ltd., Mr. Ragsdale was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Caroon Ragsdale; sons, Douglas Baldwin Ragsdale II of Chesapeake and Colin George Ragsdale of Chesapeake; a sister, Debra Donna Ragsdale of Chesapeake; and a brother, Arthur Talbot Ragsdale of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, by the Rev. John M. Keane. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday and at 103 Howard Road, Chesapeake, at other times.
