Marty Warner, 68, of the 3300 block of Carney Farm Lane, died Nov. 10, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Warner, a native of Hartford, Conn., served with the C.I.A. in Seoul, Korea, during the Korean War. Later, she taught English to students in Saigon in preparation for their coming to the United States. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas D. Warner Jr.; a daughter, Elizabeth Bowers of Smithfield; a son, Thomas D. Warner III; a brother, Clifton Wilson of Mansfield, Conn.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel, by the Rev. Arthur Slye. Burial will follow in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
