Ida Octavia Richards, formerly of Norfolk, died Dec. 31, 1996, in a Barco nursing home.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty Hanna; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A graveside funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Danny Campbell.
