Lucretia Mae Ganey, 68, of the 200 block of Yeopin Trail died Jan. 3, 1997, in a local hospital.
A native of Portsmouth, Mrs. Ganey was the widow of Harry L. Ganey Sr. and a member of Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church, Edenton.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda L. Blondheim of Virginia Beach and Patricia A. Hannah of Chesapeake; a son, Harry L. Ganey Jr. of Chesapeake; four sisters; seven brothers; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Olive Branch Cemetery with the Rev. Danny Gurganus presiding. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge.
