Christopher Anthony Patrick Jordan, 32, died Jan. 3, 1997, in Elizabeth City, N.C.
He was born Jan. 1, 1965, in Norfolk. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was employed by Watson Electrical Co. and also HQ. He graduated from Indian River High School in 1983.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his wife, Kari Jordan; two daughters, Kendall Trzcinski and Courtney Jordan; his parents, Jim and Patricia Starnes; two brothers, David Allen Jordan and his wife, Virginia, and Cecil E. Jordan Jr.; two sisters, Virginia Smith and her husband, Shane, and Cara Ayer and her husband, Donovan.
The family will receive friends at 3 p.m. today in the home, 1210 Hawthorne Drive, Chesapeake. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Parkway Temple, Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, by the Rev. E.L. Trueblood. Services will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach.
