James ``Jim'' Miehm, 44, of Wilmington, Del., died Dec. 31, 1996, in a boating accident.
Jim was a kind and generous man and will be missed by many. He is survived by his mother, Ruth F. Miehm of Round Hill, Va.; three brothers, John A. Miehm and his wife, Jaye, of Round Hill, George Miehm and his wife, Laurie of Manassas Park, Charles Miehm and his wife, Nan of Leesburg; three sisters, Ruth Miehm Rowen and her husband, Neal of Adamstown, Md., Kate Miehm of Reston, and Beth Miehm Cajiao and her husband, John of Portsmouth; eight nieces and nephews and his dear friends, Bob and Dale Hodges of Nutbush, Va., and Tim and Robin Schmitz of Suffolk.
There will be a memorial service Saturday at noon in the Round Hill United Methodist Church, Round Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saxis Volunteer Fire Dept., Saxis, Va. 23427.
