DREAM CENTER OPENS

The grand opening of the newest outreach center of the Outer Banks Worship Center, The ``Dream Center,'' will officially open on Monday at 7 p.m. Future plans for the center include a coffee house ministry, Youth Center, and a Christian Theatre Outreach.

Laverne and Edith Tripp will perform in concert.
