Virginians for Improved Education is sponsoring the ``Symposium on School Construction Needs in Virginia: What's the State's Role?'' today at the Richmond Marriott.
The program, featuring Gov. George F. Allen, Lt. Gov. Donald Beyer and Attorney General James Gilmore, will provide school and government officials with an opportunity to learn how state leaders plan to address Virginia's $4 billion in school construction needs.
The cost to attend the symposium is $100, and it is open to the public.
