Christopher M. White Jr., 20, of the 1200 block of Woodrow Ave. died Jan. 11, 1997, in Norfolk.
Chris, a native of Norfolk, was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He attended Old Dominion University and Tidewater Community College.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy Barnes Holloway; his stepmother, Sandra B. White; his father, Christopher M. White; a sister, Jennifer Lynn White; a brother, Russell William White; and his grandfather, William Barnes, all of Norfolk; and his uncles, James R. White Jr. of Norfolk and Russell T. White and his wife Ellen Stewart of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church by the Rev. John J. Dorgan. Burial will be private. A Christian wake service will be held in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. today at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513.
