Catherine ``Cassie'' Culpepper, 84, of the 3000 block of Bayview Blvd. died Jan. 11, 1997.
Mrs. Culpepper was born in Portsmouth and was owner-operator of Culpepper's Boats since 1959. She was the widow of Thurlow G. ``Cully'' Culpepper and a member of the Portsmouth Anglers Club.
Survivors include a son, T.G. Culpepper Jr.; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Sweet; and a brother, Cecil C. Brown Jr., all of Portsmouth; four grandchildren, Cyndi, Gary, Steven and Daryl; two great-grandchildren, Derek and Aleah; and many loved and cherished relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Damon Wyatt. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling arrangements.
