Margaret Holland Costen, 84, of the 9600 block of Third Bay St. died Jan. 20, 1997.
A retired secretary for Winn Nursery, Mrs. Costen was a Norfolk native and the widow of Clyde Allen Costen.
Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Boyce Phifer of Spring, Texas; son, Ronald L. Boyce of Norfolk; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two cousins, Marcella Oliver Powell of Norfolk and Steven Carnes of Suffolk.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. James A. Dunlap. Family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and also at 9621 Third Bay St., Norfolk.
