Jessie H. Belcher, 86, of the 2100 block of Des Moines Ave., died Jan. 17, 1997.
She is survived by a friend, Attorney Jesse E. Demps of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Leon J. Boone in Fisher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. The family and friends will assemble at 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
