Sarah E. Bibbins, of the 3100 block of Lyons Ave., died Jan. 20, 1997, in a local health care center.
Born in Warrenton, N.C., she was a housewife and a member of First Baptist Church, Logan Park.
Survivors include her husband, Reginald Bibbins; four daughters, Cristin Locksey of San Francisco, Fay E. Downing of Norfolk, Kathleen A. Fenner of Virginia Beach, Hawantha R. Abddull of Spandaway, Wash.; four sons, Reginald B. Bibbins Jr. of San Diego, Paul T. Bibbins of Beaufort, N.C., Roger L. Bibbins of Norfolk, Donald B. Bibbins, Robert B. Bibbins and Clarence W. Bibbins, all of Norfolk; three sisters, Ester Whitfield of Attleboro, Mass., Geraldine Jackson of Warrenton, N.C., Barbara Cooper of the Bronx, N.Y.; seven brothers, Owen Perry of Norfolk, Zollie Perry Jr. of Virginia Beach, Amos Perry of Chesapeake, James Perry of Warrenton, N.C, Isaac Perry of Warrenton, Robert Perry Hemstead of New York and William Perry of Co-Op City, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Graves Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Geraldine Jackson. Burial will be in Betty Jones Cemetery. Friends may join the family at 3301 Verdun Ave.
