Louise Lee Parrish, 76, died Jan. 22, 1997, in a local hospital.
Born in Portsmouth, she was the widow of Herbert D. Parrish and a lifetime member of Park Place Baptist Church, Norfolk, and its Miriam Class. Mrs. Parrish was also a member of Elizabeth Chapter (NU)45, Order of the Eastern Star, and Daughters of the Nile, Alkena Temple (NU)124.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Parrish Waterfield of Manassas, Va.; a son, Robert Lee Parrish Sr. of Chesapeake; a brother, Hubert K. ``Junie'' Lee Jr. of Norfolk; two grandchildren, Robert Lee Parrish Jr. of Richmond and Scott E. Parrish of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Dr. Paul B. Watlington Jr. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and at other times at 1221 Smokey Mountain Trail, Chesapeake. Memorial donations may be made to Park Place Baptist Church.
