William Halpern, 89, joins his wife, Adalyn, and his brother, Julius. William Halpern died Jan. 21, 1997.
He was survived by two brothers, Norris and Alfred; sisters-in-law, Faye, Gertrude and Phyliss; nephew, Paul; nieces, Joan, Margaret, Linda, Phyliss, Marilyn and Sydney; Steven Johnson, friend and caregiver during his last years; and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Services were held Friday in Hillside Memorial Park, California. Hillside Mortuary, Los Angeles, provided information.
