EVELYN WILLETT

Evelyn ``Berlene'' Willett, 58, of the 13200 block of Camden Ave. died Jan. 21, 1997.

A native of Columbia, N.C., Mrs. Willett was a beautician and a member of New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville, and a former member of Order of Eastern Star of Deep Creek.

Survivors include her husband, Ben J. Willett Sr.; two daughters, Gloria Brown and Bernita Willett; four sons, Ben J. Willett Jr., Wilbert Fields, Theodore Fields and Anthony Fields; two sisters, Lena Riddick and Della Nowell; two brothers, Joseph and Bennie Matthews; nine grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and several devoted friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in New First Baptist Church by the Rev. T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
