FIRE NEARLY DESTROYS CHESAPEAKE HOME; NO INJURIES REPORTED

ILLUSTRATION: A fire that began around 11:30 a.m. Sunday nearly

destroyed a single-family home in the 3400 block of S. Battlefield

Blvd. in Chesapeake. Chesapeake Fire Department firefighters

responded to the blaze; no injuries were reported.
